What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual companioning is a sacred, holistic journey where I provide a safe and judgment-free space for seekers to explore their inner spiritual landscape.

This journey respects the seeker’s unique path, encouraging exploration of beliefs, life events, and emotions while fostering a deeper connection to the Divine—however the seeker defines it.

As a spiritual companion, I embody the role of a "torchbearer," a guide who has traversed similar inner territories, offering insights, reflective questions, and listening deeply to aid the seeker’s understanding of their spiritual path​​​.

One emphasizes the importance of authenticity, active listening, and open dialogue, respecting that the seeker’s journey is theirs. Rather than providing answers, I open the seeker to find clarity within themselves, often recommending practices like journaling to reveal insights and patterns

In my teen years over 40 years ago I became a practicing Pagan. I am a priest to a Pagan goddess. That is my spiritual path and the core of my beliefs. While our sessions will be spiritual and not religious, my learnings will unpin our time together.

I will bring discernment, meditation, journaling, art and practices honed from 25 years as a global executive across three continents. My professional work includes digital strategy and transformation earning ten best in class awards for companies I've served. I've spoken all over the world as a priest and digital payments expert including the World Economic Forum and the Parliament of World Religions.

• Explorations of your questions about life
• Discuss your strongly held beliefs and modes you can use to explore the questions in your life
• Grief, loss, death, and how it plays a role in your life. I am Death Doula, trained through INELDA. I employ Continuing Bonds Theory for discussion of death and maintaining connections with loved ones.

Book a free introductory 30 minutes. After that, our first session is 90-minutes to set up logistics and deep-dive into getting to know one another. Each session thereafter will be 60 minutes.
