Silent is a priest, an elder, and a leader in the Pagan community.  He is the author of Boldly Venturing: Lessons from the Road Less Travelled and co-author of Facebook for Your Business.


As a Pagan leader he has spoken worldwide on Pagan issues, and transformation as well as the Parliament of World Religion and the World Economic Forum. With 20 years in global business, Silent is a hands-on leader in digital transformation and product development, guiding the launch of numerous award-winning software and hardware products. His leadership has generated over $1B in revenue growth.


His academic background includes studies at the University of Chicago, as well as training in spiritual/personal counseling and end-of-life care. He serves on nonprofit boards and as Vice Chair of Verity Credit Union's Supervisory Committee. Lawrence's keynotes reflect a deep understanding of culture, leadership, and business diversity.
